B.A. in Social Work or related field, minimum 2 years experience. Act 33
& 34 clearances. Must be well organized, and have excellent
interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Reliable
form of transportation necessary. Responsibilities include: assisting
families in assessing their needs and goals, devising and implementing a plan
for attainment; using assessment skills and knowledge of resources to screen
presenting problems of clients and facilitate linkage with appropriate
resources; planning, implementing and documenting clien t outreach and
